Australia Day

Here is my Australia Day pavlova. It is topped with whipped cream, white Kit Kat and raspberries. We served it with raspberry syrup. Awesome. There is still some in the fridge but I don't think it will be hanging around for very long.

oh wow, that looks amazing! my mum makes a pavlova every Australia Day, topped with whipped cream and whatever fruit we have available- but I think I'm going to have to suggest this combination for next time.

It tasted awesome. The white kit kat was perfect with the raspberries
